A quick note on the shit show that we just saw yesterday.

Trump was made by Reality TV. One would hope he may be unmade by it ,but given the silence of the Democrats, the prevarication by the likes of Farage in this country, I am not so sure.

‘This will make good television’ boasted Trump who has no interior life and is only really alive in front of a camera.

Good television can be car crash television. It can be a live execution. It can be dreadful humiliation. We know all this and yet we are still capable of shock.
