Many of us involved in the gender wars feel relief and pride that we won back what already ours ,with the Supreme Court decision last week. But also, it is impossible not to feel anger at what women have been put through to get this point and yes we have all the receipts and doubtless, I will be writing more on this as the work continues.

As it is Easter though and the sun is shining, I wanted to write something about hope. About where it can be found and how we might hold onto it.

I went to Japan in January to the South. It was a press trip but I escaped after a couple of days and did my own thing because I am beyond being bossed about or doing the right itinerary. Give me space to wander around and I will report back.
