Morning campers! I am writing a piece on how to switch off from the ever increasing madness and information overload. Yet somehow I have inadvertently managed to. This is because I am on a press trip with amongst others Julie Bindel and we are on a boat in Greece. Both of us have decided to decompress a bit from the news - this is more difficult than it sounds - as we are both as journos hooked into the news cycle 24/7 and prone to feeling we must comment on every atrocity. Which is no one’s idea of a break.
