A note on Kanye and Bianca

At what point do you step in when you see a woman being abused? Opposite my house, there are flats and I would often hear regular screaming and shouting. It was awful and once when I went outside to see what was going on the guy threatened me too. I would call the police every time and they would ask if children were involved. Not a lot seemed to happen until I developed a system with a neighbour where we would both call the police, more than one call means that they have to respond to “a domestic” faster
